There are some proven studies that show that Masterbation can have pain-relieving benefits; because orgasming releases dopamine, serotonin, & oxytocin the bodies feel good hormones & neurotransmitters which can also reduce stress, lower the risk of prostate cancer (in men), improve sleep & risk of other health diseases. Masterbating 1-3 times a week is healthy for both genders. Anything after that might be a problem.
